 Anyone, regardless of age or sex. it is never too late to begin practice. Even handicapped can learn Tae Kwon Do.

 Persons can learn Tae Kwon Do because it is not just kicking or punching. It is both a modern universal art of self-defense and a method of character development.

 The Tae Kwon Do master will show you how to protect yourself from an attacker with a weapon. You gain confidence so you can defend yourself. Tae Kwon Do teaches you coordination and self discipline.
